1. Software Delivery

You can download and test any of our software products at no cost. The software that you download is the full production version with demo limitations built into it. Each product has a "How to Buy" page where you can download the product or purchase it.

After you purchase the software, we email you an Owner Name and Owner ID which you enter into the software. After entering your Owner Name and ID, the demo limitations are removed giving you full use of the software. You don't have to wait for us to mail you a CD (which we don't) or any other information.

The ordering process only takes a few minutes during regular business hours (8-5, M-F, central time). If you order at night or over the weekend, your registration information may not be sent until the morning of the next business day.

2. Secure Shopping

Your payment can be processed through PayPal or Authorized.net. Both are safe and secure. With PayPal your payment can be charged to your PayPal account or to your credit card. With Authorize.net your payment will be charged to your credit card and can be made in any currency. We do not see or know your credit card information.

3. Returns/Credit

All of our software is offered on a "try before you buy" basis, which allows you to test it for an unlimited period of time before you buy it. Because of this, all sales are considered final and we issue refunds only if a program doesn't work as advertised and if we can't fix the problem encountered. To qualify for a refund you must fully respond to our request for information while we are attempting to resolve the problem.

4. Tech Support

We provide 60 days of free email support from the date of purchase. We don't normally provide telephone support but we may call you (or ask you to call us) if we cannot resolve the problem by email. Email support questions to support@q2q.us.

To help resolve problems, send us screenshots of any error messages encountered and if a report contains any error messages you can email the report to us by viewing the report, right clicking and then left clicking Send To>Mail Recipient (if asked to choose a Send Format, choose Snapshot Format). Most of our programs also capture support related data that we may ask you to send to us.

To email a screen shot of an error message, you can use a screen capture utility such as Snagit or you can: a. Press the PrtScrn key while looking at the error message. b. Open Microsoft Word or Excel and click Edit>Paste. c. Then click File>Send To>Mail Recipient and enter support@q2q.us

If you need tech support after the free 60 day period, you can purchase it on a per incident basis. We don't charge for fixing program bugs.

5. Software Updates

Our software numbers have a number, a period and one to three additional numbers. A current example is 3.02. The first number (3) is the version number and the numbers after the period (02) are the update number. When you purchase a particular version (the first digit) of a software product, you can download any updates to that product at no cost. We may release an update to add new features or to fix bugs.

We generally advise existing owners when an update is issued and our download pages lists the changes made in each update.

We generally issue a new version (first digit of the software number) once a year shortly after the new QuickBooks is released. Owners of any version of a product may buy a new version of that product at a discounted price. The discount will be a minimum of 25% off of the new retail price and may be larger.

6. Software License Terms and Agreement

You may use this software on a single computer. You may not grant sub-licenses or transfer this software or a copy of it to any other party without written authorization from Patrick E Frost, Universal City, Texas.

THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR USE BY KNOWLEDGEABLE COMPUTER USERS AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PATRICK E FROST, BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOST PROPERTY TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

This agreement is governed by Texas and Federal law.

7. Privacy Policy

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Information Collection And Use While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name ("Personal Information").

We will not use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information.
