1. Live Chat Support
- Live Chat support is available at Live Chat Support The Live Chat support is not 24/7 nor is it available every business day. You can select the link and if we are "Offline" you may leave an email message and we will return your message via email. Live Chat Support can also be made by email appointment. You may request Live Chat Support for non business days or hours.
2. Remote Desktop Support
- If we need to look at your computer screen for error resolution, we use the Team Viewer software or Chrome Browser Remote Desktop application. In order to use the application, you need to download the free Team Viewer software or have the Chrome Browser and also download and install the Chrome Remote Desktop Application. After starting the Team Viewer software or the Remote Desktop Application, you will receive a code that you will need to supply us to access your screen and computer. You can download the free software at Team Viewer Website or the Chrome browser here.
3. Free Email Support
- We provide 60 days of free email support from the date of purchase to resolve any and all problems regarding the use of our software. Our support email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. 4. Phone Support
- Phone support can be purchased for $45 for each 15 minutes. To purchase phone support, click on the Buy Now link below. Payments can be charged to your PayPal account or to your Credit Card through PayPal. After we receive your payment, we will send you an email with instructions on how to download our remote support program and contact us. Phone support is available between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM M-F and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. (all times are Central times in the U.S.)
- All of our software is offered on a "try before you buy" basis, which allows you to test it for an unlimited period of time before you buy it. Because of this, all sales are considered final and we issue refunds only if a program doesn't work as advertised and if we can't fix the problem encountered. To qualify for a refund you must fully respond to our request for information while we are attempting to resolve the problem.
